Any person/s registered with the Company for permanent or locum work; or any person/s introduced initially by the company to the Client for consideration of permanent or locum work
The recipient of any Candidate application, who requests or on behalf of that request, work is undertaken by the Company
The Company is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). The Privacy Act defines personal information as: information or an opinion, whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.
Collecting Personal Information:
When registering with the Company, the Company must retain some personal information on file.Information includes, but is not limited to: CV, contact details, referees, Public records & health checks, medical records & registrations, criminal checks and any general information that could assist the Company finding a suitable position. This information is sourced via email, telephonic and postal services.
Using Personal Information:
Personal information provided to the Company is used for submitting relevant information toClients and affiliates for the sole purpose of obtaining employment for the candidate; all other purposes relate directly to this purpose.
This Privacy and Confidentiality Agreement gives the company permission to provide a CV, personal information and relevant documents to our client/s for the purposes of obtaining employment. We may also from time to time use your information to advise you of employment opportunities and any other information pertaining to your registration.
Disclosure of Personal Information:
The company will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless otherwise authorised by law. The company may disclose personal information to a third party if the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of you or another person.
Access to your Personal Information:
You have a right to access your personal information held by the company. You can also request amendment to that information if you believe that it is incorrect or make complaints about the information handling practices of DNA Medical or breaches of your privacy by us.

3. Candidate Verification
We require that candidates disclose to the company prior to accepting any roles with us any information that may bring into question their eligibility and right to work. This includes but is not limited to Mental and Cognitive impairment, health issues and any current or past court proceedings and outcomes. The Company will also conduct due diligence with its own risk assessment checks.
You agree that to the best of your knowledge that all information provided is true and correct and that you will notify the Company immediately of errors or changes. You must through written notice notify the Company immediately of any charges or convictions resulting from any criminal offence if you are engaged in work with the Company or alternatively prior to agreeing to do so.
The Company conducts internet searches on all Candidate for access to information within the public domain relevant to registration and proceedings.
If the Company finds any restrictions of offences, the Company will conduct an impartial assessment of the information and proceed accordingly.
Reference checks are required as part of the registration process prior to a Candidate commencing employment with a Client. 2 references (at least one within the last 12 months) are required as minimum. References are valid for 12 months unless circumstances with a client require any amendments to this request.

The Company is a corporate member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association(RCSA) and The Association of Medical Recruiters Australia and New Zealand (AMRANZ) and adheres to their respective Codes of Professional Practice.
The Company will respond to enquiries and requests received from Candidates, Clients and new applicants within agreed timescales. Wherever possible we will respond to all queries within 48 hours of receipt.
We continually seek feedback, positive or negative, to ensure our high standards are maintained and we can actively resolve any grievances in an efficient and timely manner. 5. Referral Rewards
DNA Medical operate a Referral Rewards program for any referrals who work through DNA Medical. Please contact your designated Consultant for further details.
Where a Client has engaged the Company to provide Recruitment Services, binding agreements are in place. Client vacancies are disclosed to the Candidate and is based on the understanding by the Candidate that the Company represents the Client. As such, all communication must go through the Company until such time the Company makes a direct introduction of the Candidate to the Client.
