About Sandpiper<\/h2>\r\n

The\u00a0Sandpiper Bag<\/em>\u00a0is a standardised bag of life-saving medical equipment, designed to allow Sandpiper Clinicians to deliver early and advanced interventions for patients with time-critical needs.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Rural and remote Australia generally has less availability of ambulance personnel and specialised pre-hospital services compared to metropolitan and regional Australia.<\/p>\r\n

Sandpiper Australia aims to equip rural and remote clinicians with Sandpiper Bags, so they can ‘value add’ in emergency response situations in their communities.<\/p>\r\n

Sandpiper Australia’s vision is to close the trauma gap in rural Australia, via a National Rural Responder Network of appropriately trained clinicians, equipped with Sandpiper Bags.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n
